		<description>Really, it just makes me sad. Sad that someone&#039;s child would have that kind of experience, and from now on will think negatively of Montessori schools. &lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;The answer from an &quot;expert&quot; just goes to show how often experts don&#039;t really know much about a given topic; they just spout whatever they think the other person wants to hear. &lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;But, I think we can make a difference. The woman I referred to in my post (who thought negatively of Montessori) ended up contacting me and thanking me for my post. I think she&#039;s revised her opinion of Montessori a little bit. &lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;So all we can do is respond positively and see these kinds of things as &quot;teachable moments&quot;!</description>
