But, as you said, they may be gifted in completely different areas. &lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Susan - I first saw Kapla blocks in the Michael Olaf catalog, but now they are available at Target! I&#039;m sure you could find some online to order.</description>

		<description>I find this challenging as a mother because I am very math and science oriented myself and I find myself hoping my daughter will lean that direction.  I try to remember that she may have gifts in other areas and that&#039;s ok!  I&#039;m also a book lover and worry that she won&#039;t be!  What if I do everything right but she doesn&#039;t like to read?!  It was such an integral part of my childhood... but I, of course, want books to be joyful, not a source of tension.  &lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Thanks so much for your blog, it always makes me think (and has provided much needed information!).</description>
