My library pockets look great, but they are only in use by my own two children :) I recommend laminating them (with thin laminate - thick doesn't work well for the pockets) and then using an X-acto knife to cut the pocket open. I rotate stuff too. I store it in plastic baggies in shoeboxes by color (all the Pink Series together, etc.) On the shelf I use small baskets and trays to put out whatever we're using right then.
