Updates, News, and More!
Tomorrow is an exciting day for me. My children and I are traveling to Canada to see my dad’s family, including my grandmother who will be 101 at the end of the month.
Some of you might remember that my grandfather passed away last December at the age of 106 (longevity runs in my family!). I didn’t get to see him before he died so I am anxious to spend some time with my grandmother.
Besides the excitement of the trip, today is special for another reason. It’s my husband’s first day of fulltime work for Montessori for Everyone! You might not see the results of his presence right away (one of his first tasks is to transfer our order database to a better program, which only I can appreciate).
But as time goes on, you will definitely notice a difference. We are planning lots of new work, updates to older work, and introducing work in new languages like French and Russian. I am so excited about all we’ll be able to accomplish!
Thanks for hanging in there with us – we appreciate you so much!
While you’re here, take a look at the New Materials for this month (Spanish Vertebrate Cards and Word Lists for Pink, Blue, and Green Series) and download the new freebie if you haven’t already.

Dear Lori!
I have been reading your blog for over a year, but I think this is the first time I comment. You are so helpful, your materials are beautiful and your posts are so inspiring! Thank you for that.
I remember your post about your Grandfather – I can only imagine how thrilled you are right now to spend some time with your family. Enjoy every minute! I know a bit about family living far away, so every moment spent together is a precious one.
Please know that I would love to be of any assistance to you in translating your materials to Russian or Hebrew, or both of them, if you like. Please feel free to contact me. You are doing such an incredible job, that I will be proud to help you any way I can.
Warm wishes,
Miri
Thanks so much for your kind words, Miri! We had a great time with my grandma and even though she is almost 101, she remembered all of our names and was quite “with it” mentally. I was so glad my kids got to see her now that they are old enough to remember her.
